Another transformation for a lovely couple in Bridgend. Removal of old cracked and hollow painted dash render and new install of 5 stage silicone render system, colour chosen by customer is ‘shine’. The transformations continue. Back to Rogerstone for our great customer. After building new extension early in the year they waited for us to come back to remove old entrance, block up, board and plaster inside, full 5 stage silicone render system after removal of old painted dash, Cladded bay redone. House now looking very smart and modern, protected for many years to come.

Restoration of a 200 year old Chapel facade. Removal of existing render. Glass blasting of all stonework, repairs and painting of render areas, all reveals cladded to ensure water tightness, new black PVC fascia and soffit installed, repointing and repairing stonework where required. It was of most importance to our great customer to retain and enhance original features. We think we’ve done it!

Large kitchen living area created, removal of partition wall between previous kitchen and dining room, large arch created into conservatory, plastered, painted, kitchen fit out, LVT herringbone flooring throughout. A really spacious feel created all to customers specification. Kitchen supplied by Magnet, installed by iTube Developments.
