We're proud to have installed the first-of-its-kind ASSA ABLOY Drive-Thru Express Style window in the UK — and Scotland has the honour of being site number one.

Fitted with the ASSA ABLOY SL500 operator, this innovative system is designed for trained staff use, allowing team members to exit directly through the drive-thru window if an order wasn't ready when a customer first came past. Rather than walking through the restaurant to deliver the product to waiting cars, they can now use this entrance instead. Simple in concept, but a genuine game-changer for operational efficiency.

The installation includes full threshold safety sensors alongside high-tech full door scan safety technology, covering multiple protection points across the opening to detect obstructions and ensure safe operation at all times. This means the system meets the highest safety standards while delivering real-time savings for busy teams.

We were delighted to work in partnership with ASSA ABLOY to bring this innovation to the UK market, and this is just the first of many sites planned across the UK and Scotland.

We are looking to recruit a hard-working and driven Customer Service Administrator to join our team based in our Head Office in Caerphilly.

We are looking for the right person to come and provide administrative support to our office team, engineering team and customers.
You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, handling telephone and email enquiries, resolving queries, and working closely with our operations and account management teams.

This will include but not limited to:
• Dealing with telephone calls and email enquiries
• Raising jobs and input of information on the company's database/CRM system
• Supporting the resources team
• Maintaining general office tidiness
• Undertaking any other administration as and when required
Personal attributes:
• Excellent administration and organisation skills
• Knowledge of computer systems, especially Microsoft 365
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to work successfully under pressure
• Accuracy and attention to detail – must be able to perform a variety of duties while adhering to deadlines and maintaining accuracy
• Able to use initiative to complete set tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
