Full strip and re-roof carried out with new ventilation, lead work, breathable felt, battens, slates, ridge system, fascias, and guttering.

We also added a new oak porch and extended the roof for a perfect finish. 👌 🏡🔨

Small job, big improvement ✔️

New EPDM flat roof installed with a 20-year guarantee. Also the pitched roof was sweating, causing the battens to rot, so we stripped back the tiles and removed the damaged battens.

Reinstalled with new breathable felt, support trays and vents to improve airflow and prevent future issues.

It was a real pleasure to work on this project — especially as this is where my nan was born, although the house looked very different back then! Credit to the owners for the incredible work they’ve done, and thank you for trusting us to work on this beautiful home.

We transformed this oak-framed building into a more practical living space by replacing the poly roof with a fully insulated slate roof, finished internally with a plastered ceiling.

The property now benefits from a brand-new slate roof while retaining its stunning traditional character. We also installed new fascia boards, guttering and over-fascia vents, blending classic appearance with modern performance.

New slated roof completed recently whenever the weather allowed 🌪️🌨️ fully insulated, new pvc fascias and gutters, new gable ladders and rotten rafters replaced.
Great to see this one finished!
