At RevMo, we're committed to sustainability and innovation. After initially creating the Kitty Cabin with our sister company PolyPet Ltd, we decided to go one step further and create a version made entirely from our own waste.

The Process:

Sorting: We meticulously sort our plastic waste to ensure quality and purity.
Grinding: The sorted plastics are ground into fine powder at a specialist centre.
Moulding: The powder is then poured into the Kitty Cabin mould.
Heating: Using our giant rotational moulding ovens, the moulds with the powder inside are heated and rotated to create the finished Cabin.

By repurposing plastic waste, we're reducing environmental impact and offering a sustainable solution for pet owners.
