In its lifetime, NMA Flooring Ltd have excelled in the traditional Sand and Cement screeds across the entire south of the UK and beyond. Four and a half years ago we expanded our business further by setting up a dedicated liquid screeds division in East Cornwall allowing for greater diversity and faster installation.
Further to this, our teams have been trained in renovation and low-level screeding, which has exploded, bringing in more clients from the private sector right through into the industrial sector. Our dedicated equipment, which includes a pump designed for bagged products, allows us to lay low-level screeds over vast areas at a constant rate enabling a fast turnaround for time sensitive projects. This allows us to cater for anything from levelling a small room ready for tile etc, all the way up to large industrial complexes.
We have also been training over 2025 in new ventures to keep NMA Flooring growing. We have recently completed a project for a Coffee Production Firm at their new 3000 square meter premises in Cornwall. The warehouse floor was deep cleaned and dried, along with mechanical surface grinding to remove any concrete build up and to smooth out rough areas. Expansion joints were then suctioned clean and polyurethane sealants (such as Sikaflex), backer rods (foam filler), or fibreboard strips were inserted and finished. The customer wanted a dust free, sealed floor suitable for food production, which was handed over to them for machine installation on time and looking great.
