Introducing the iFC660 Free Cooling Unit, courtesy of ICS Cool Energy Ltd This state-of-the-art chiller is a game-changer! It cools water before it reaches our existing chiller, significantly cutting down our energy usage. Here's what it brings to the table:

Merry Christmas from all of us here at TCB-Arrow! 🎄

As this year draws to a close, we just wanted to let you all know when we’ll be closing for Christmas.

We’ll be closing at 4:30pm on Friday 23rd December, and reopening for the New Year on the 3rd January, bright and early at 6am.

In the meantime, we wanted to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a safe and happy Winter break.

We are super excited to announce that four of our technicians will be attending training courses at the Polymer Training & Innovation Centre this year. The courses include IMT1, IMT3 Safe Mould Change Procedures, and a Polymer Processing Apprenticeship.

Regular training ensures that our team can provide customers with the solutions they need, The Polymer Training and Innovation Center has the facilities and knowledge to do this. We are looking forward to booking more courses next year!

New Robot Delivered!🚨

Thank you Sepro Group for our brand-new Sepro Success 33. The 4-meter long 3 Axis robot was delivered this morning and will replace the current robot on our 650-tonne Negri Bossi Group injection moulding machine. This investment is part of our facility's ongoing continuous improvement and will help us to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency. We are all excited to see it up and running.

Our Solar Panels are up and running.

We are extremely happy with this enormous step towards our green manufacturing goals. The contribution that solar panels will make to our energy consumption is significant, at the current rate of electricity they will pay for themselves within two years.
