We’ve started work on a Kensington apartment refurbishment and the strip-out is now underway.

It’s always exciting getting back to the bones of a property and uncovering what we’re working with. Plenty of work ahead, but we’re looking forward to sharing the transformation.

4 years of going to Clerkenwell Design Week… but this year feels a little different ✨

For the first time, we’re walking it as Sintalia — fully on our own feet, building something that’s ours.

Over the last few years we’ve worked across hotels, offices, care homes, heritage spaces and refurbishments, and one thing we’ve realised is how important the right collaborations are. Good suppliers and specialist partners genuinely shape the end result.

This year we’re particularly looking to connect with people in:

Really enjoyed delivering this one near St Paul’s.

A straightforward office + bathroom fit-out on paper… but like most projects, it’s the coordination, problem-solving and finishing touches that make all the difference.

Proud of how smoothly this came together and how the space now actually works for the client day to day.

Throwing it back to one of our earlier projects… ✨

This office fit-out for , leased by in Marlow might be from some time ago — but it’s still one of those spaces that just works.

Designed and delivered as a compact start-up hub, we created:
▫️ A private directors’ office
▫️ Workshop space
▫️ Open-plan meeting area
▫️ Bar + kitchenette
▫️ Central collaboration table

All within a relatively small footprint — proving you don’t need a huge space to create something functional, considered and welcoming.
