The brief was simple – deliver powerful whole-home comfort whilst keeping the installation as discreet as possible. By routing pipework through the loft and chasing internally, we achieved a super clean finish both inside and out.

Surprise surprise… another rusty Daikin 👀

This Daikin Altherma air to water heat pump had completely lost its gas charge after the accumulator rusted straight through — leaving the client with no heating and no hot water ❄️

At this point, most are told it’s a full system replacement… big money 💸

But not always.

We attended site, stripped it back, and carried out:

✅ New accumulator installed
✅ All corrosion treated and protected
✅ Damaged housing replaced
✅ Full system recommissioned

Now back up and running like new — at a fraction of the cost of replacement 👊

Another one saved 💪

Merry Christmas from LJR Refrigeration & Air Conditioning 🎄

Massive thank you to all our customers for the support this year. As a small, family-run business, it genuinely keeps the wheels turning, the lights on, and the family fed — so yeah… we appreciate it more than you know 😅.

Now the honesty bit… sorry to anyone still waiting on us. We’ve been playing serious catch-up after some major health issues, which knocked us sideways for a while. No excuses — just real life — but things are back on track and we’re grafting hard to clear the backlog.

We’ll also hold our hands up and admit we’ve been absolutely shocking on social media. Not disappeared, not ignoring anyone — just too busy actually working 🧊. That will improve.

The good news? 2026 is shaping up to be a monster. Our biggest project yet has officially been given the go-ahead, with plenty more already in the pipeline.

Massive respect to all the contractors and suppliers we’ve worked with this year — proper grafters and a top bunch to work alongside.
