Unfortunately these tiles were installed on this outbuilding roof at the incorrect pitch. Which allowed rainwater to backtrack behind tiles and into building.
A full strip had to be done and the plastic coated corrugated sheeting with an anti condensation layer was installed to provide a water tight building for many years to come.

Positive pressure unit from Vent-Axia fitted in very tight loft space but we managed it. Customer was suffering form condensation and mould growth around windows. Since having this unit fitted the issue has reduced. Also used to reduce radon gas levels in your property/or can help with air quality in your home which is great for asthmatics or other allergies.
