More space. More light. Ready for a brand-new kitchen! ✨

This project was all about helping our customer make the most of their home before their new kitchen installation.

We carefully removed an unused chimney stack to create valuable extra space, giving them much more flexibility with the new kitchen layout and making the room feel noticeably larger and more open.

To complete the transformation, we installed a solar-powered VELUX roof window, flooding the kitchen with natural light and creating a bright, airy space without the need for additional wiring.

A fantastic transformation that will make all the difference when the new kitchen is fitted—we can’t wait to see the finished result!

✅ Flat Roof Replacement!!

We carried out a full strip off of the existing flat roof, installed new 18mm OSB boards, followed by a torch-on underlay and torch-on mineral cap sheet for a clean, durable, and watertight finish. 💪

Another little roof completed for a happy customer.

After our inspection, we found the ends of all the rafters had become badly rotten, so we replaced all the rafter feet and installed new rafters where needed. We also installed compressed insulation to help reduce condensation issues. We then fitted vented eaves support trays, new felt, new battens, and finished the roof with new clay plain tiles. To keep it in keeping with the other side of the property, we carefully re-bedded the original ridge tiles back on.

A great result and another roof made safe, secure, and ready for years to come.
