Lovely shout-out to our fitting partner Property Upkeep Ltd on the Isle of Man. Asked for recommendations for a stove supplier and fitter, Greg posted:

"Property Upkeep Ltd And Tim is your man. Honest, transparent and very pedantic. ... Tim also recommended fitting Recoheat to the stove. What an amazing addon. It boosts the heat output and moves it across the house."

We've got a new page on the website sharing more of these experiences, so please get in touch if you can add to the feature:

See Recoheat systems installed in real homes, workshops, boats and cabins, with customer reviews matched to the photographs where names can be confirmed.

We're at the Robinsons UK Technical Training Academy Stove and Chimney Trade day this Friday 11th September in Seaham, County Durham.

Robinsons are one of the wonderful HETAS training centres that have our units installed for sweep and installer training, and we'll be able to show you it working on their own stove.

With great exhibitors and a chance to see a stove industry training centre in all its glory, come along and meet us on Friday. We look forward to seeing you there.

Neil at UPS looking slightly villainous as he picks up Elaine's prize from the summer prize draw.

Congratulations Elaine, and we look forward to getting your feedback when you have your Recoheat fitted on your broad beam boat.

Lovely Recoheat install making the most of a very pretty stove setup. The extra heat and the turbulent mixing in front of the chamber will heat the air from floor to ceiling and fill the room with warm air much faster and more evenly. It'll be interesting to see how far that will drive convections flows out into the rest of the house.

Fit a Recoheat and transform the efficiency and effectiveness of your own stove.

Eliminate cold spots: I caught up with Mick to ask how his experience with his Recoheat has been.

"Biggest difference for us has been the elimination of cold spots in the house. I admit I was sceptical at first when I watched the videos but after using it for a few weeks the whole house was more evenly warm: the kitchen used to be a sauna whilst the rest of the downstairs was a bit chilly, now it’s a lot more balanced.

Rightly or wrongly so, I shove a load of coal on at bed time and it’s toasty warm all through the night, a massive improvement to heat distribution.

I hope you are continuing to enjoy healthy sales with Recoheat, I really do think it is a huge leap forward in the technology of wood burners, you deserve every success with your product."

As a note, the overnight burn is fine if you're not damping it down too much and you restart the fire in the morning with a good 30-minute blaze to clean and revivify the flue and draw. The extra 3 hours or so heating you'll be getting from the Recoheat as it circulates the heat from the coal embers is a lot of heat going into your home.

Enormous thanks to Mick, who also kindly left a review on Google. The real-life experience of the technology is what really matters.

How are you getting on with your Recoheat?!
