Few more jobs completed over the last couple of weeks and few more booked in. Last job had a real nice little find of the original clome oven and not in bad condition either. Very glad the customer decided to keep it as a feature.

Things are definitely coming together well on the new build project with firm foundations. Fair bit of movement over the last couple of weeks and it's really starting to feel like a house now. Still a bit to do, but you really get to see everything coming together at this. Looking good, and will be stunting when finished.

A really difference at the Boscastle project with firm foundations. I really enjoy seeing this part of projects, when everything starts to come together and it starts to become a house not just a build. A J Wilsons did great job boarding out, and Rhys Williams has made a great start on skimming out. Won't be long and we'll be on the finishing stretch.

What a difference a bit of board makes...
Few more pictures from Boscastle new build project with firm foundations. All the little bits and pieces finished up this week and swept out ready for boarders, who started on Thursday loading out and the first sheet was fixed on Friday morning. Really going to start seeing vast movements now. Starts to look completely different with boards going up.

Nice little roof repair yesterday morning on a lovely holiday home out towards Wainhouse corner. Some amazing views. Just the type of job needed in this beautiful weather.

Boscastle new build project with firm foundations.

It's really starting to come together now. Next few weeks will really see some big progress with plasterboard going up and plastering to walls.

Now got all the upper floor ply boarded. All stud work completed and noggined out. All window boards cut and fitted with 50mm horns. Extract boxing in kitchen (also gives an idea of the size of the island as the boxing is right above position). And all surround sound cabling in ceiling. (External drainage and service ducts all in as well, although haven't got any pictures).

It's all coming together nicely.

Progress photos of the project with firm foundations at Boscastle. All really starting to pull together nicely and looking more like a house. Scaffolding has all come down now, which always gives the external view a completely different look and feel. First fix plumbing done and all underfloor heating pipes in. Floor screed has been done on all floors and the over ply has started going down on the bedroom floors. Not too far away from Plasterboard now.
