Hi everyone,

I’ve been a bit quiet on social media recently — just been busy with several jobs on the go — but I felt it was worth putting a quick post together to explain a few things for current and potential customers.

I’m a time-served, self-employed joiner working on my own, and I’m happy to take on all types of joinery work — 1st and 2nd fix, with services including kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, flooring, decking, and more. No job is too small.

I know it might have looked like I only do bathrooms lately, but that’s just the type of work I had in at the time.

Just to clear things up — I’m not part of a partnership or linked to any other business. It’s just me, but I’m more than happy to work alongside any other trades needed to get the job done. I only carry out joinery work, and if your job needs other trades, I’m always happy to point you in the right direction.

Just something to keep in mind when getting in touch.

If you’ve got any work coming up or plans in mind, feel free to message me — happy to chat through it and give you an idea on availability and price.

Thanks again for all the support, it really means a lot 👍🔨🪚

Hi folks, its been a while since I posted anything on here.

I've been working away with a few jobs that are on-going and have been keeping me busy.
Here is a nice wee kitchen I completed recently, it was more or less a like for like layout wise with integrated appliances and handleless frontals. Combined with the matt white upvc ceiling panels and tile effect vinyl click flooring has really given this kitchen a real lift.

As always its really hard to past the local Howdens branch for anything kitchen related id really recommend a visit for a chat if a new kitchen is on your wishlist the staff are great and only to happy to help.👌

Here is the main bathroom that was completed in the same property as the en-suite I posted yesterday.

Another full rip out, the acoustic insulation fitted and all the walls were sheeted with 15mm sound bloc plasterboard.
The bath was removed and replaced with another large 1800mm × 900mm shower tray.
I should have mentioned the 1400mm wide shower screens, these are also the largest I've fitted. They just dont seem as big as they are on the huge trays.
The customers really liked the existing sink including bank of vanity units and wanted to keep them. These were originally sat on the floor, we both agreed that having this wall hung would be a massive improvement so with the right grounds fitted it was possible.
Fibo UK panels were fitted full height within the shower area and half height on the remaining wall areas. The same vinyl click flooring and I fitted coving around the existing ceiling that tied everything in with a real modern/traditional mix.

Hi folks I've been quite on here this month after a busy January and a few bumps in the road that seem to keep on coming.
I am working through my lists of visits for estimates, anyone waiting please bear with me.
I am doing my best.

This is one of two bathrooms, this one being the en-suite that was completed in this property.
A complete rip out here. Meaning a more or less like for like re-fit, however this is the biggest tray that I've fitted to date. A massive 2000mm x 900mm and to be honest it really makes sense using that whole side of the en-suite as the shower area.
Also on this one the client was concerned about noise transfer within the property so I fitted acoustic insulation throughout the en-suite partitions and sheeted them with 15mm sound bloc plasterboard.
The existing ceilings were kept and I fitted new coving. A vinyl click flooring and the very nice bright marble Fibo UK boards fitted throughout.
I really like the mix of modern and traditional here 👌👌👌
