Fantastic job done on our first client.

The problem was condensat in Loft, which passed through plasterbord and made as well condensat on the ceiling ( which in future can develop in mould).
We isolated the Loft with wool and applied on the breathing membran, which will help to keep our ceiling dry.
Condensat in Loft we solved with made additional ventilation space.
