Proud to showcase a recent project delivered for a well‑known branded leisure club — a full 260sqm swimming pool screed installation completed to a high commercial standard.
•
To ensure a strong, durable bond to the existing substrate, we used Mapei Eporip ⚙️.
The screed was installed to achieve the exact floor‑to‑edge heights required, leaving the entire pool area perfectly prepared for tile installation 🔧.

A great result for the client and another example of how correct prep, materials and workmanship come together on specialist leisure projects 💪.

Project Update: Maisonette Refurbishment No. 4/17 Completed 🔧🏘️

Great progress on our ongoing programme of 17 maisonette refurbishments with DMD.
•
Our latest phase — number 4 — is now complete. Our scope on these units is to create accurate falls from each door threshold down to the drainage points using a high‑performance polymer‑bonded screed. This ensures reliable water management and long‑term durability for the external areas 💧➡️🕳️

Once the screed cures, the main conctractor will finish with a waterproof membrane, giving each property a clean, robust, and fully protected system ready for years of use 🔒✨

🚉 Polymer K Screed Installation – Midlands Railway Station Development

We’ve recently completed the installation of heavy-duty polymer K screed to plant room areas on both sides of the track at a new railway station development in the Midlands.

This project came with its fair share of logistical challenges:
• ⏱️ A tight turnaround to meet programme deadlines
• 🚧 Complex pipe access
• 👷‍♂️ The usual busyness of a working site, with multiple trades in motion
