🏗️ Project Update | Hams Hall ⚡

We've been busy at Hams Hall, where our team is delivering a major refurbishment of two industrial units!

The project involves a wide range of improvements to transform the buildings into modern, energy-efficient industrial spaces.

🔧 Works include:

✅ Extensive groundworks
✅ Roof refurbishment and solar PV installation
✅ EV charging infrastructure
✅ Mechanical and electrical upgrades
✅ WC refurbishments and new floor finishes
✅ Internal and external redecoration
✅ New dock levellers and sectional doors
✅ Internal and external cleaning works

Plenty happening across both units, and we're looking forward to sharing more of the transformation! 👀🧡

Because yes, this really is the same building. 🫢

Our latest Warrington refurbishment is complete, and the before vs after is pretty hard to beat. A full internal and external transformation has taken the existing industrial unit and turned it into two modern, standalone spaces ready for their next occupiers. 🏗️🧡

The works included a new Kingspan roof and wall cladding, new curtain walling, an extended service yard, upgraded power supplies and substation infrastructure, EV charging, new M&E installations and a CAT A refurbishment throughout the ancillary accommodation.

We’ll let the before and after do the rest. 👀

🎯 £3,160 raised for Garden House Hospice Care!

What a brilliant day for Team South! 🧡

Their 12-hour darts marathon on Saturday was a HUGE success, with a fantastic turnout and plenty of support from colleagues, friends, family and the local community.

Another fab fundraising achievement for the team through the Inco Foundation. A huge thank you to everyone who made it happen and supported us on the day! 👏

It’s been a few weeks since our charity golf day at The Belfry, and we’ve finally got all the photos from a brilliant day together. ⛳

From the first tee to the evening celebrations, it was a great opportunity to bring clients, colleagues and friends of Inco together away from site – and most importantly, raise money for the Inco Foundation!

Thanks to everyone who joined us, got involved in the games, donated and helped make the day such a success. Together, we raised an amazing £8,500, supporting our regional charity partners across the UK. 🧡

We’re delighted to welcome Lucas Owen to the team as our new Trainee Contracts Manager!

Joining us at the start of his career, Lucas is eager to learn from the experienced team around him, develop his skills and get stuck into life at Inco. 🚧

A keen footballer, Lucas is no stranger to teamwork either, having been part of both cup and league-winning sides with his local club. ⚽🏆

We’re really pleased to have him on board and look forward to supporting him as he develops in his new role.

Works are underway in Blantyre! 🏗️🧡

Our Scotland team has recently commenced works on site, with an initial drone survey capturing the ‘before’ ahead of the transformation. 🎥

There’s plenty happening over the coming weeks, with the programme including the removal of the existing gas-fired and wet heating systems and installation of new electric heating and hot water systems, alongside:

🏗️ Substantial groundworks to create a larger service yard area
🔨 Opening up the service yard elevation to create a new level-access entrance, including associated opening-up works, new steelwork, a new shutter and making good builder’s works

Great to see another project getting underway for our growing Scotland team. We’ll be following the transformation as it takes shape, so keep an eye out for more updates from site! 👀🧡

⛳ One week on from the Inco Client Golf Day 2026…🧡

We’re still feeling incredibly lucky to work with such a brilliant group of people! Thank you to everyone who's supported us - having so many people give up their time, travel from across the country and get behind the Inco Foundation is something we never take for granted.

Together, we raised an amazing £8500 for the Inco Foundation, helping us continue to support Midlands Air Ambulance Charity, St. Rocco's Hospice, Garden House Hospice Care and Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity. 🧡
