💻 Office Admin 📞

Working out of our Canterbury Head Office (working 8am till 4pm)

Tasks will include:
- Answering phone calls and liaising with customers and members of the public
- Maintaining and Filing of office records
- General office ordering and keeping stock of office supplies
- Supporting the Directors by assisting with emails, etc
- Assisting colleagues with scanning and filing of paperwork

The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Excellent telephone manner & Communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs like Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong time management, prioritisation and multitasking skills

💰 Salary: £21000 - £25000

This is an entry level position with plenty of scope for progression. Training will be provided on site.
