We used 5 recessed pillar lights in warm white to brighten up the Riva grey porcelain border supplied by UK Stone Imports Ltd.
And we lit up the underside of our step with a neon flex 300 (swipe to see image of this) 👉

Phases we completed on this site was :
Complete reduce dig of 220mm ✅
150mm of type 1 compacted in layers ✅
100 sqm of porcelain primed and layed on a full bed with a border.✅
Recessed spot lights ✅
Black ice decorative stone✅
Monocouche rendered boundary wall✅
Garden room concrete slab ✅

We returned to a client that we installed the patio for last year. He required a new set of doors and windows that complemented his late 1800s building.

The doors and windows installed was a stunning Heritage Aluminium French doors

One of the sites we got out of the ground and up to DPC for :Bespoke Building Projects a few months back with the help from our friends Kingsgate Groundworks.

Bespoke Building Projects undertook a full wrap around extension which looks stunning 😍

Phases completed on this one included:
1)Removal of original patio and reduce dig for extension ✅
2)Mains drain diversion ✅
3)New rain water drainage leads ✅
4)Foundation dig and pore ✅
5)140mm block work up to DPC✅
6)Concrete over-site prep and pore✅

New job alert ‼️ 60 square meters of Marshalls paving installed the right way at Ramsgate Kent.

We transformed this driveway using a standard 60mm Charcoal block paver laid at a 45 degree with a external grey soldier corse with all mitered corners 🎯

The step and planter was built using Key kerb sections

All paving laid on 16 tonne of compacted premium MOT

Mot type 1 / sand / and muck away by ✅

We are Up to DPC excluding the screed floor at our site In Canterbury 💪✅

This one was a test most days with the weather🌧️

The Phases we completed on this Double story large extension in Canterbury are :

Complete demolition of existing structures and boundary walls ✅
Reduce dig along with Foundation dig and pore ✅
All new fowl and rainwater drainage ✅
4800 ltr Rainwater harvesting unit install ✅
All Block-work up-to DPC ✅
And 150mm concrete over-site pore ✅

Now we hand it over to our guys Pitcher Build Ltd to Build the rest 🤝

It’s been a while but non stop😅

This is one of our current sites In Canterbury.
We are bringing this project out the ground and upto DPC.

Phases we are currently completing are ⚒️

Complete demolition of existing structures and boundary walls
Reduce Dig
Foundation dig and pore
All new fowl and rainwater drainage with mains connection and soak-away
Rain water package with a 4800ltr harvesting unit
All Block-work and brickwork up to DPC
Oversight construction with concrete pore
Including a liquid screed floor

This is RBK’s recent driveway transformation in Palm Bay, Thanet

50 sq meters of permeable paving
Using a 60mm Omega Flow Brindle and charcoal paver

All compacted on 14 tonne of 20mm limestone
And 4 tone of 4- 6 mm grit stone, all for maximum permeability 💧💧💧
