Our first grid event is confirmed for 22nd Nov 17:30-18:30. Please make sure your PowerRewards app notification is on and please minimise your electricity usage(Not gas) 17:30-18:30 22nd Nov/Tue. If you haven’t done so already, please complete your registration as soon as possible and allow app notifications to avoid missing any of the grid events. If you are struggling to get registered through the IHD method, we are planning to release another metering consent method by early this week. This method will require you to upload your latest energy bill from your supplier. You will only need to do this if the IHD method fails. Please bear with us; we will notify you again when the new method is available to use. You can carry on with the grid event saving and we will backtrack the electricity data up to 12 days after the event once you have completed the consent process.
