This heat pump was installed before antifreeze valves. The antifreeze levels in the heat transfer fluid had depleted and there was evidence of algae forming due do the low flow temperatures required to heat the house. Today it has new biocide, inhibitor and antifreeze levels measuring -10°C. Internal insulation will be installed soon……
