We delivered new office and R&D lab facilities, enabling the relocation of 326 staff to improved spaces designed for collaboration and innovation. The project included:

The building has 11 classrooms, two language laboratories, a resource suite, office areas, interview rooms, and supporting ancillary spaces. These are arranged across two wings positioned at right angles, surrounding a landscaped external courtyard. Access to the building is provided through a gated โ€œporte cochereโ€ on Horton Crescent.

The three-story blocks form the northern and eastern boundaries of the site, creating a secure outdoor space at its centre. The design of the building was shaped by extensive consultation with students, staff, and the Local Authority, receiving enthusiastic support from all key stakeholders.
