A full refurbishment carried out on this dated semi in Fairwater Cardiff, rewired, new heating, front porch, flooring, extension to the back to create a huge open plan kitchen, dining area and living area with bifold doors to the patio. We also removed the original staircase and fitted a new set of stairs in the opposite direction creating enough space to build an en suite shower room for the front bedroom and a ground floor shower room/WC, the original bathroom was also replaced, all the walls and ceilings were plastered and painted in neutral colours, new windows and doors completed the project. A friend who had known the previous owners said ‘you would never believe it was the same house’.

We took a neglected, dated bungalow and add a first floor containing three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor was altered and totally refurbished, re-wired, a new heating system and landscaped with a huge decked area. A high quality kitchen with built in appliances and solid worktops was installed. The new staircase with glass balustrades looks stunning. New doors and skirtings complete the job, everything was decorated in neutral colours to complete the transformation!
