We have developed a new process, to deliver fast and accurate findings allowing all hair sample results to be with you within 3 days of receipt – at no extra cost. When
that happens, it’s easy for a lab to skirt over anomalies and simplify their conclusions, we don’t. We prefer to share the evidence in full and work with you in partnership to establish the facts. There’s no need for you to co-ordinate between sample collectors, lab teams, clinicians and the rest of your support network. We work with trusted professionals, spanning every stage of the process – so you just have to make one call to us. We’ll make sure the rest is done for you. The human touch. Don’t be put off by the lab coats – we’re still people here, and you’ll find us easy to work with. So we won’t bombard you with technical speak. We’ll just share our findings, in a way that’s always friendly and straight forward. And that is our promise to you – whether we carry out a single test or develop a long-term relationship.
