Mental health matters. Every day.

At Mech Tech Professionals, we believe that looking after mental health and wellbeing is just as important as physical health.

Working in demanding industries and high-pressure environments can bring challenges, which is why we're committed to supporting not only our own team, but also the candidates and professionals we place into work.

We're proud to partner with Springfield Advisory and Martyn Wagstaff, helping us put mental health and wellbeing at the heart of how we support our people.

Because our responsibility doesn't end when someone starts a new role. We believe in building relationships, checking in and making sure people know that support is available when they need it.

This World Mental Health Day, we're encouraging everyone to take a moment to check in with colleagues, friends and family, and remember that a simple conversation can make a real difference.

Supporting our team. Supporting our candidates. Looking after people. 💚

SUPPORTING GRASSROOTS SPORT AND CELEBRATING NICOLE!

At Mech Tech Professionals, we're proud to support grassroots sport and help make it more accessible to everyone.

Our contribution has helped subsidise new playing tops, reducing the cost from over £30 to just £6 per player, making it easier for everyone to get involved.

And what better way to celebrate than with our very own Nicole Whitfield, who wore her new playing top for the first time and was voted Player of the Match by the opposition!

A fantastic achievement, Nicole, and a brilliant example of why supporting our people and local sport means so much to us.

Making sport more accessible, supporting our team and celebrating their achievements both in and out of work!
