Overdue post of our new to us doosan dnm 500 delivery. Exciting times! 12k rpm spindle 1000x500mm capacity 20bar through spindle coolant with fanuc control. We have now had brand new blum table and spindle probes fitted. Thanks to and for the excellent service!

Batch of splined roller assemblies completed this week. The spline is approx 12mm diameter for scale... milled then held in a jig on our doosan puma for broaching the spine. With a custom ground carbide broaching tool made in house! 👌🙌 -bit
