Our general responsibilities involve individual planning and carrying through any and all pertinent activities relating to the project of a dwelling, building or other structure. All projects carried out and completed are in a manner which coincides with all laws, rules and regulations which exist and correlate with construction. We are responsible for obtaining materials and hiring of equipment for the project, unless other arrangements are agreed. We will establish a budget for the project and follow the budget as closely as possible, it allows us to obtain supplies, hire equipment and finish the project in a cost-efficient manner.
