What was meant to be a shower rebuild after a leak turned out to be much worse. The existing front elevation of this loft conversion was also badly rotten. We rebuilt the timber frame, installed a new breathable membrane, battens and new lead flashing. We repurposed as much as we could and saved the original Welsh slates and rosemary tiles to reuse. We were then able to finish the shower area and the whole room had a new fresh plaster and paint
