We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager
Based in Carnforth | Covering The Lake District, North Lancashire & West Cumbria
Epixx Systems is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, personable individual to help us generate new opportunities and build long-term relationships across our region. This is not a desk-based role. You’ll be out meeting people, building connections, and helping bring in high-quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Building relationships with architects, builders, interior designers and local businesses
* Visiting sites and local companies across the region
* Generating new leads and opportunities
* Following up enquiries and chasing quotes
* Reconnecting with existing customers to generate repeat work
* Managing your pipeline using our systems

What We’re Looking For
* Confident speaking to new people face-to-face
* Self-motivated and organised
* Comfortable working out in the field (not just behind a screen)
* Sales or construction/property experience is beneficial but not essential
* Full UK driving licence

Job Title: Accounts & Office Manager
Location: Carnforth LA5
Contract: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Who are we looking for:
As we continue to grow we need someone in our office full-time taking care of all the administration tasks. These include managing the procurement and supplier meetings, organising engineer diaries and booking work in, chatting to the sales team and creating proposals for new and existing projects. You may be required from time to time to visit existing sites, attend training and events.

You may already work in this industry or a similar industry, behind a desk or on the tools. Perhaps you feel like a change and a different path in your career or would just like a new start.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day office operations
* Manage customer relations and communications
* Handle procurement and pricing strategies
* Perform various administrative tasks

* Industry-specific experience is a plus, but internal training will be provided
