We don't just cut and process plastic sheet we also work with wood, MDF being the main one. Here are some photos of a recent project we were involved in where we worked on both sides of moisture resistant MDF, We also rebated opal and yellow acrylic which was pushed through from the back finishing flush with the front. We also cut and bent opal polycarbonate which is fitted between the two sheets to illuminate the inside of the bird/logo. The item is now in its final home Cannes.

Drinks are free, Fun and sunshine...... Stunning use here of 5mm thick clear cast acrylic/Perspex which has been CNC routered with 10mm thick Mar Red fluorescent red acrylic being laser cut, drilled and blind tapped then screwed to the clear by means of reverse mounting. This piece is on its way to be hung in its new home and will certainly catch peoples eye.

Another satisfied customer. Purchased Grey Neutral tinted cast acrylic sheet to produce a door for their boat replacing the old ply wood one. The customer purchased the sheet from us https://wholesalepos.com/product-1.html and processed it themselves but cutting and polishing using the below method.
"I made a pattern out of thin plywood, then used a cordless drill with metal bit, cordless jigsaw with fine tooth blade for metal, coarse sandpaper/belt sander for smoothing/rounding edges, 800/1200 grade wet/dry then Plast-Rx polish to finish."
