When we first saw the plans and site for this job, we didn’t think we could fit such a build onto such a small area, but here it is! 😍

A disused garage at the bottom of our client’s garden has been replaced with a very quirky and cool two storey Mews House with garage space beneath. 👌🏼

This building is jam packed with interesting design features such as a beautiful round window on the gable and stunning ironwork produced by a local artist.

We think our client has done a great job of mixing modern with rustic charm to create this lovely little urban gem!

This one took a lot of digging, but what a beauty 😍. We did a wrap around extension, total refurb of the entire house, plus landscaping. Our customers choice of interiors tie-in beautifully with the age of the house, using muted neutrals and natural stone throughout. What an idyllic place to wake up in each morning.

A tired little Cottage with dark rooms has been brought back to life to become a gorgeous, light and cosy home.✨🏡❤️

Our customer was a first time buyer so we worked with a tight budget to open up the space without extending, by knocking down internal walls (adding supporting steels) and moving the staircase.

Creating more space doesn’t neccessarily mean having to extend - we love a re-jig! 👍🏼

Our lovely customer has mixed up boho and scandi styles really successfully within her new home, whilst also maintaining a cosy, cottage vibe. This was achieved by exposing the original bricks where suitable, adding a shaker-style kitchen and a soft, sugary pink front door.😍👌🏼🪴🌸

Although we felt the full effects that Covid 19 and Brexit have had on material supply for this project (meaning it took way longer than we had anticipated 😩), we are still really proud of how it turned out. 😍A beautiful Orangery built using Cotswold stone sourced just 3 miles away from Cheltenham, sympathetic to the buildings age and style. Includes timber sash windows, and bespoke wrought iron handrails. This beautiful regency townhouse now looks even more stunning. This room is flooded with natural light during the day, and each window is filled with views of the garden. 🌿🌳 In the evening, low level lighting creates a soft and relaxing feel. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing at anytime of the day, or year.

The McCauley Construction squad thoroughly enjoyed helping Cafe Restyle become Roasted Cafe!! ☕️🍳🍗🍰🥗🍷This space that could previously seat around 16 people has now been opened up to accommodate 40+ diners at any one time. It’s now light, modern and fresh with a rustic edge, sits over two floors plus a mezzanine area and has a sunny, re-vamped terrace to the rear of the property. It has comfortable seating and USB/charging points for laptops/phones at each table. Reclaimed wood has been used throughout, with exposed brickwork and industrial-style lighting. Rich and Connor who run Roasted Cafe Ltd were great to work with, fully involved throughout the entire project and are always so welcoming when we go in there regularly for one of their great breakfasts!! 😍 This local business is well worth a visit, and we wish the Roasted Cafe team lots of luck in their new space. 👊🏼

With lots of nice coffee ☕️, and a great little dog called Milo to greet them each morning 🐶, the lads really enjoyed this project. This lovely house now has a gorgeous kitchen/diner for entertaining and relaxing, and the newly landscaped garden now features a built-in pizza oven and outdoor kitchen area with sink and bbq, a hot tub, sheltered seating area for alfresco dining 🍤🥂🍹and 100sqm of patio with a contemporary finish... just in time for the Summer months. ☀️👌🏼😍

A little piece of Winchcombe Village just got even more lovely 😍...this one certainly took some digging!! 👷🏻‍♂️⛏ This beautiful Cotswold stone house now has a stunning, contemporary sun room and kitchen space. Featuring a zinc roof with tonnes of glass that floods the space with light, and offers panoramic views of the garden for balmy, summer evenings ☀️🍹. Also features a wood burner for cosy winter nights 🔥🍷. We fully landscaped the garden with a large limestone terrace, built-in flower beds, retaining walls and steps up to a stoned garden path. We think this project combines traditional with contemporary perfectly. 👌🏼

It’s quite amazing what the McCauley Construction squad can achieve. 👊🏼😍 .. now to add the light fittings, also cornicing and ceiling roses as the originals were ripped out during the 70’s. ✌🏻🕺🏻 We are changing this Edwardian 2 bed (currently now a 3 bed)🏚 into a 4 bed with basement rooms 🏡, a loft extension and two storey back extension... not one inch of this house has been left untouched. 🙈More photos to follow...
