Repointing jobs recently completed using lime mortars

Another Patio completed by the team🤌using 600x900 Indian sandstone ✔️

Full prep carried out with a solid sub-base, all laid clean, level, and consistent throughout. Finished off with a reclaimed brick planter to add character and tie in perfectly with the existing walls.

A couple of recent repointing jobs 👷‍♂️

First up, a chimney stack with badly failed mortar due to water ingress (see loft photo). All raked out and repointed using NHL 3.5 lime mortar to get it back to a solid, breathable condition.

Also currently working on this large garden wall at a factory — plenty of tired, weathered joints along with blown and damaged bricks that will need replacing. Work is ongoing, with all joints being carefully raked out and repointed using the same lime mix to suit the age of the brickwork and keep everything in line with how it should be done.

Always take pride in doing the job properly, especially on older buildings 👍

Chimney raked out and repointed 🧱
Old mortar raked out and repointed properly, leaving it watertight and looking smart again.
We also cleaned of and re done some flaunching due to levels falling back into the cowl.
