This week, our newly appointed - and soon to be CEO - JC Gallagher visited Ontic’s UK sites.
Accompanying incumbent CEO, Gareth Hall, he met colleagues across all three Gloucestershire facilities in the UK, spending time with teams, learning how each site operates, and hearing first-hand about the critical work we do to support our customers for a lifetime of flight.
Alongside members of our Executive Leadership Team, he's been asking questions, listening to colleagues, and getting a closer look at the expertise, passion, and commitment that make Ontic what it is today.
And this is just the beginning. In the next few weeks, JC heads to our US facilities, continuing his mission to connect with teams across the business and deepen his understanding of our operations, customers, and capabilities.
Reflecting on his first few days, JC said: "It was important to me that I got to our sites as quickly as possible. I'm a people person, so meeting colleagues in person has been a fantastic way to start. What has stood out most is the energy, passion, and pride people have in what they do.
“The pace and work ethic at Ontic are incredible, and I've received such a warm welcome. I'm excited to be part of this unique business and to work alongside our teams as we help solve some of the aerospace industry's biggest challenges."
JC will assume full responsibility as CEO in July 2026 following a detailed transition period with current CEO, Gareth Hall.
