This project was fully custom, featuring:
• Upper and lower cabinetry
• Stained oak veneer display units

Single drawer front, CNC machined to create the look of two slab drawers set within a framed surround.

Bespoke Oak Fridge Door

This bespoke oak veneer door was designed and manufactured in-house, combining traditional joinery detailing with modern CNC precision. The door blank was first CNC-machined to accurately cut out the central panel sections, allowing for perfectly consistent proportions and crisp detailing throughout.

Solid rails were then carefully fitted to create the framed structure, with oak veneer applied specifically to the centre panels to introduce natural texture and depth while keeping the overall design refined and balanced.

Once the construction was complete, the door was sent to our specialist sprayer, where the grain was opened, primed with a black pigmented basecoat, and finished with a colour-matched topcoat to achieve a rich, durable finish.

Finally, antique brass mesh grilles were precisely fitted into the recessed panels, completing the design and adding a subtle layer of detail and contrast. The finished door was then installed on site, delivering a striking statement piece that blends craftsmanship, precision, and premium materials.

Here’s how we make our curved end panels — CNC + kerf bending.

1️⃣ We start by cutting a 45° V-groove on the back edge.
This lets the MDF fold and creates a seamless corner.

2️⃣ We Mitre-Mate this joint so it locks in place when bending around the former.

3️⃣ Then we kerf-cut the rest using a 4mm end mill, 7mm spacing, 5.6mm deep into 6mm MDF — allowing it to bend to an 80mm radius.

4️⃣ We CNC-cut a former to the exact radius we need.

5️⃣ We position the former and fix it to the MDF — pre-drilled, countersunk and screwed so nothing moves when bending.

6️⃣ We apply expanding PU glue to bond the former to the MDF — the glue expands into the kerfs and locks the curve solid.

7️⃣ Once the former is lowered into position, we clamp and add weight — holding everything tight while the glue cures.

Flat sheet ➝ Perfect curve.

All designed, cut and built in-house.

Custom curved end panel — CNC-built.

6 mm MDF skin formed over a CNC-cut 12 mm MDF frame.
Internal supports keep it strong while keeping the weight down.
We leave the centre open so we can run cables and make it easier to handle and spray.

Designed, crafted, and fitted to perfection! ✨

These bespoke walnut alcoves, made from stunning Finsa walnut veneer and finished with rich walnut Rubio Monocoat, bring warmth and character to this space. The combination of shelving, cabinetry, and that bold wallpaper backing makes for a unique and stylish feature.

Designed and made entirely in-house at our workshop, every detail was carefully crafted to fit the space perfectly. What do you think of the final result?
