Phase 1 drylinning is almost complete on this monster of a project. we have had a few hold ups due to other trades, but it didn't slow us down. Plastering has also started, so keep a look for more progress photos

We will be starting the second phase on our large commercial project in the next 4 weeks.

Over 1500m² of mf ceilings with 15mm fireline. , and joint and tapped
300m² suspended ceilings
1800 m² of dot and dabbing to all existing walls. And skimmed.
260m² of matel stud partions with one layer of 12.5mm, standard plasterboard, then skimmed
We'll be using 50mm Apr insulation.

It's definitely our biggest project to date. Sky's the limit.

Our site in Aylesbury is coming on nicely. 2 out of 6 flats ready for plastering.. we'll have more progress photos at the end of the week. 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

It's all hands on deck the gas is on !!!!!! We've won yet another project. We've secured the plastering package and these 6 , 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, stairwells, and communal hallways. situated five minutes from Aylesbury town centre. And the drylinning done by the one only . Works has started today. It's literally all guns blazing . 🔥🔥🔥

We recently completed the first phase of this absolute beauty of a property. Had to overcome some difficult angles!!! But with a little patience and an eye for detail, the end result was perfect. What an amazing project to be a part of. .
And plastering behind is an absolute pleasure. It's literally the best tacking I've ever plastered on

Our project in leamington spa is coming on nicely. It's starting to really take shape. Our drylinners are installing 70mm metal stud portioning crating the office lay out .sound acoustic insulation followed by 15mm sound block plasterboard, only to partions. We We aim to start sticking all external walls next Monday followed by the plasterers.. .plastering.design Kelly Lopez will be the lead interior designer on the project. So keep a look out for the finished product
