BMW M4 🚘

The customer contacted us after breaking down due to a little bump with a curb. After inspection we found the engine oil cooler had been damaged and caused complete loss of oil. 🛢

Thankfully the customer turned the vehicle off straight away so no engine damage had occurred. ⛔️

New oil cooler and seals from BMW and fresh oil, she's back running like a dream. 💪

One concern from the customer was about timing due to already agreed upon commitments. This was no issue as due to rapid authorization of the repair from the customer, we were able to order the parts and collect them same day causing minimal downtime for the customer. ⏳️

Another job completed, another happy customer! 👌

Audi TT 🚘

A simple one on this lovely TT. I was called out because the wipers were no longer working. After carrying out some diagnostic tests, we concluded that the wiper motor was at fault and required replacement! 🌧🌧

Unfortunately, this part is only available from the main dealer and comes complete with linkage as well. 💷

Once replaced, everything was working as it should be! ✅️

Mercedes-Benz B-Class 🚙

Some routine maintenance on this Mercedes-Benz. I won't bore you with the details; it's obvious why the customer called us! 👀

Upon inspection, we found that the front discs had also worn past the tolerance, so we recommended their replacement along with the pads. ⚠️

Once replaced with OE-quality TRW brake discs and pads, there were no more lights on the dashboard, and the brakes felt perfect! 💯

Another happy customer, another job completed! ✅️

Major Service on a Ford Fiesta 🚗👍

Customer contacted us after purchasing this little fiesta and wanted us to carry out a major service to bring the vehicle back up to spec.

Once I had carried out the vehicle check and completed the service, there were a couple of things we noticed on the service that needed to be taken care of, which we were asked to come back the following day and complete the repairs ensuring this vehicle was back roadworthy and safe to continue.

Another vehicle repaired and customer satisfied! ✅️

Audi A4 🚗

This customer contacted us after multiple previous mechanics had looked at this vehicle, and all of them made the problems worse. Unfortunately, I was slacking in taking photos for this job, but you can see the damaged threads on the old hub fl**ge due to improper workmanship. 🔧🔩

When we inspected the vehicle, we recommended replacing the rear hub bearing with a fl**ge and new wheel bolts to ensure proper torque is applied to the wheel when tightened. 🛞

Job done! ✅️

Ford Transit MK7 🔩🔧

We had a Ford Transit for a major service, both front lower suspension arms, a wiper motor and rear light cluster replacement following on from a diagnosis we carried out for the customer.🔍

Halfway through the job, this amazing customer provided us with a bacon and egg sandwich and a lovely cup of tea to keep us going! 🥓🍳🫖

As you can see, the lower arm rear bushes had definitely seen better days!

Another job complete, another happy customer! ✅️😊
