The Colton Group The Colton Group consists of: H F Colton Plant Hire & Colton Excavations, with over 45 years experience in the industry.

H F Colton Plant Hire specialises in Plant Hire in the North East of England. The fleet consists of several different types and sizes of machines to suit your work. As well as Plant Hire we also have a Heavy Haulage division which can haul up to 150 tonne anywhere in the UK. Colton Excavations is the oldest member of the Colton Group, specialising in bulk excavations in any material or situation.

A dedicated team of highly experienced estimators and planners working with the latest Software to provide accurate GPS modelling allowing us to tender quickly and accuratley.

As we draw close to the end of the year, we're ending it on a high. Our new Komatsu PC210 fitted with Rototilt and Trimble Earthworks has been out on site as the driver, Chris, gets to grips with the new features. We look forward to getting it out on-site and putting it through its paces early next year.
