DRI-ECO-HEAT-HC is a low energy whole house ventilation system. With its cost effective solution of a non -disruptive installation, this unit is ideal for repairs and maintenance schemes.

Its’ enhanced technology uses up to 20% less energy than the competition.

The DRI-ECO-HEAT-HC provides whole home ventilation using the Positive Input Ventilation principle. Essentially the concept is to introduce fresh, filtered air into the dwelling at a continuous rate, encouraging movement of air from inside to outside. To achieve this, the unit is mounted in the loft space, drawing air through the filters and inputting it, at ceiling level, into the property. An integrated heater tempers airflow should the temperature in the loft space drop below a set point, ensuring ultimate comfort in the home.

RIGHT TO RENT....DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT!!

Landlords of properties throughout England must check that someone has the right to rent before letting them a property

Check that a tenant or lodger can legally rent your residential property.

You could be sent to prison for 5 years or get an unlimited fine for renting property in England to someone who you knew or had ‘reasonable cause to believe’ didn’t have the right to rent in the UK.

This includes if you had any reason to believe that:

they didn’t have leave (permission) to enter or stay in the UK their leave had expired their papers were incorrect or false

You can also be fined if both of the following apply:

you rent your property to someone who isn’t allowed to stay in the UK you can’t show that you checked their right to rent
