Optimal Group NW Ltd carried out a repair in the Connah's Quay 📌 area of North Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 today.

👉 The previous roofer installed the step flashing incorrectly putting it all in one piece not allowing the lead to expand and contract which resulted in the lead failing and splitting, also topped off with sealing it with brown silicone 🤷

⚒️We went out and surveyed the job at hand, we then supplied the lovely couple with a free no obligation transparent quotation of which they accepted! From quotation to works complete it was done within 7 days 👍

⚒️ All the old lead took out, cleaned the work area and installed new code 4 lead to BS EN 12588 specification, sealing with lead sheet sealant⚒️

💫 I thank you for your custom it means the world to us and for anyone that would like anything similar feel free to contact us 💫
