Strip out former fit out to a shell with capped services

Form a new opening and install a new shop front

Renew the roof lights

Wash the roof

Treat the cut edge

Overcoat the roof sheets

Line the gutters.

We were asked to install end bearing support channels to support floor planks that had been identified as RAAC in this retail unit.

We attended site and installed the channels over 2 days to allow the fit out contractors to continue and meet their programme.

Another retail shed roof refurbished.

This one was SCS in Stoke and we carried out cut edge remedial work, roof overcoat and installed gutter strengthening plates before installing new plygene and installation of new non fragile roof lights.

All works completed whilst allowing the retailer to trade uninterrupted.

PC has been achieved on the amalgamation of the former Mothercare and Argos units in Sheffield.

The scope of work included:

- Stripping out the units to a shell condition, which involved the removal of the mezzanine floor.
- Removal of services from one of the units.
- Installing new shutters and decorating the steel frame and perimeter walls.

Additionally, the roof has been washed, overcoated, gutters painted and remedial work to the siphonic drainage completed.

We have reached practical completion on this amalgamation project in Warrington.

Scope included:
- Consolidation of three units into one
- Creation of new openings on the service yard elevation
- Installation of a new shopfront
- Expansion of the paved approach

Additionally, we are currently forming five retail kiosks, which are expected to be completed in the next two weeks.

Two new AHU's were lifted up in four pieces on to an existing but renovated plant deck.

6.00pm set up, completed lift and crane dismantled 10.30pm.

The project has seen us strip out three former retail units to form one large unit with new shop fronts and the creation of five mall facing kiosks.

2 weeks to handover.
