This retaining wall was failing and deemed a dangerous structure.
This work was obtained by Total Building Services, we worked closely with a structural engineer and building control, this wall was taken down in a controlled manner, excavated and rebuilt in sections.
This design executed under the engineers specifications is not only very strong 💪🏼 but also aesthetically pleasing 😍

Damp and poor maintenance can cause the need for structural repair.
On this job it was required to rebuild a section of the rear elevation/ wall. This property was improved by enlarging the doorway and fitting new modern windows and door.
