NOVA Markham Vale Launch Event
NOVA is the new 34-acre industrial and logistics development, strategically located between Sheffield and Nottingham, just one mile from Junction 29A of the M1. Delivered by HBD in partnership with Devonshire Estates, the scheme builds on HBD's long-standing experience in the region, including two decades of work at nearby Markham Vale.
With two high-quality, sustainable units planned (242,000sq ft and 491,000sq ft), NOVA will deliver around 730,000sq ft of much-needed logistics space and support over 700 new jobs.
Designed with sustainability at its core, the scheme targets BREEAM Excellent, incorporates PV panels and EV charging, and includes significant new green infrastructure – from tree planting along the River Doe Lea to improved cycleways and public rights of way through the site.
