Our very own Harry osborne is running a half today at run through for MQ mental health research !

Weve just finished our part in this lovely fit out of a house.

Stainless steel plinth and parts of this kitchen all in a random scratch with an orbit sander ( which did take forever 😅 )

We also manufactured and installed the fireside boxes and the log store.

Do you like corten planters ?

Installed this week, 6 metre long fully corten tall planter shaped to disapear into the ground, fully welded in one piece, stainless steel internal ties, incorporated into suds, bolted to the ground to account for accidental impact as its a vehicle access area.

Made to last, all our planters have a no quibble 15 year gaurantee as standard as thats how it should be !

Monster table 🧌 !

We recently manufactured this work table for a manufacturer, its 2.5m x 5m with an 8mm top plate.

Tolerances were pretty tight with a + - 2mm flatness, taking the time to weld in sequence and pre setting made this challenging but the final result we managed to get well within this ( + 2 - 1 😊 ) the only way to acheive this..... ?

For us was hot formed box section throughout ( really does make a difference ) and over sized plate to cut all edges with the track cutter on a flame down to size, the joins needed fully welding and sanding flat without a dish, we also acheived this with PFERD TOOLS UK amazing products and our wonderfull pull down point set in the floor to restrain, not forgetting our WECO power pulse set getting those deep runs in quickly to ease distortion.

Recent job ticked off ✅️✅️✅️

We were asked to make these bespoke window frames to fit into the structure of this barn conversion.

Fully fabricated box section frames bolted to the steelwork and welded together on site to make them one piece, followed by angle beads fixed to the frames, with thousands ( literally ! ) of screws to hold the glazing in.

Fully made to measure was a challenge as every frame was slightly a different size from top to bottom and left to right, but we got there in the end !

All topped of with Owatrol UK and their wonderful owatrol oil and oxid vernis coat system for bare metal protection which was carried out by the client

We have recently completed this wonderful bespoke staircase, steel structure and treads, metal rails and formed metal top rail, oak treads and oak handrail stained to match.

Something very special is starting to take shape at one of our current projects.

In the coming weeks we will be installing an 8m sliding gate to the same style as the fencing, with the 2 central posts filled with traditional flint and lime.
