“A patio with a view…💚”

Swipe ➡️ for before photos!

This lovely project involved removing the old, tired decking and replacing it with beautiful Nebraska Oak wood-effect porcelain planks 👀. The warm tones of the paving really complement the surroundings, while the contrasting white porcelain-faced steps add a crisp, modern finish.👌🏼

The patio was grouted using Flowpoint Smooth in Natural Grey, providing a durable, long-lasting finish built to stand the test of time. 💪🏽

To complete the space, we installed a bespoke batten fence, creating extra privacy from the neighbours without taking away from those incredible views 🌅.

One of our latest projects, where the customer wanted the patio to wrap around the house, creating a seamless flow throughout the entire garden. 🪴

We installed 20mm Shell Porcelain paving (1000x500mm), finished with Flowpoint grout and stunning granite edging to create a beautiful contrast that really makes the patio stand out.👀

To complete the transformation, we also installed a pergola along with a decorative gravel area featuring stepping stones, adding both style and functionality to the space.

“The Driveway with Drainage…” 💚

Our customer wanted a fully permeable driveway, and that’s exactly what we delivered. 💧🚗

We installed 250mm of Type 3 free-draining sub-base, screeded with permeable 2/6 limestone, before laying the beautiful Brett permeable block paving in Autumn Gold. The warm tones of this block create a stunning finish while providing excellent drainage.

To complete the look, we introduced a gentle curve along one side of the driveway, softening the overall design and adding a touch of character. 👌🏼

“Utilising space…” 🧡

This area of the garden was once an unused and awkward space with no real purpose. Our first step was to excavate and re-level the ground, before installing retaining sleeper walls to create a level base ready for phase two.💪🏽

To finish this stage, we laid membrane, installed Type 1 sub-base, and topped it with decorative gravel, transforming the area into a clean, practical, and usable space.

A great example of how the right groundwork can completely change the way a garden works. 👌

“Ultra low-maintenance and built to last…” 💚

We transformed this courtyard into a stylish, low-maintenance garden using sandstone-effect silver grey porcelain paving. To soften the space, we installed an L-shaped raised flower bed, adding structure and a touch of greenery 🌿

The paving was finished with Steintec Tuff Joint in the stunning Flint colour, an absolute dream to work with and the perfect finishing touch. A durable, clean finish that will be enjoyed for years to come.

“A revamp and refresh…” 💚

We really battled the elements on this one 🌧️ 🌬️ 🌧️ , but with resilience and determination, we got the job done 💪

This garden has been completely transformed, giving it a fresh, clean, modern look. We installed the ever-popular Roca Off-White 20mm porcelain paving, which creates a sleek and timeless patio area. 😍

To manage rainfall effectively, we installed an ACO drainage system and finished the patio with a sawn black granite edging, adding a sharp contrast that truly elevates the outdoor space.

We also brought the lawn area back to life by installing new foundations using high-quality topsoil, followed by fresh turf for a lush, renewed finish. 💚

“An all-weather space…” 💚

Our client wanted a space they could enjoy all year round, somewhere stylish, practical, and built to last 💪.

We created a stunning limestone sett patio, paired with a metal pergola and roof, providing shade on hot sunny days and protection year-round ☀️🌧️
Perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and even extra storage.

Each limestone sett was carefully installed one by one using slurry, then finished with limestone flowpoint for a strong, durable, and long-lasting finish. 😍

To complete the project, we also installed:
▪️ A brick wall raised bed
▪️ A solid shed base
