A recent project with Datalec Precision Installations Limited demonstrated exactly what these values mean in practice.

During a live testing programme, an unexpected airflow issue was identified which threatened to impact the customer’s schedule. Recognising the urgency of the situation, our owner took the next available flight to meet the customer on-site and develop a solution collaboratively and in real time.
Once the solution was agreed, the required cables were manufactured in-house the very same day. To avoid delays, they were then driven overnight from the UK across Europe and installed in time to keep the customer’s testing schedule on track.

We are proud to announce we are official partners with Castrol ON Liquid Cooling!

Together we are providing a liquid cooled solution to the uk and European market on a rental basis, as well as globally for direct sales!
We know how stressful data centre delivery can be – we have been providing heat-load testing services for a long time. There is always pressure on schedules. This is why we make it easy for you to get the equipment you need as quickly as possible.

We also understand the increased demand into adapting to liquid cooled data centres.

When it comes to a new yet demanding market. We do not wish to rush this process. We want to get it right first hand for our customers.

The Prototype will be showcase on Castrol’s stand at Global Congress next week. Please do stop by Stand 129 to take a look at the unit.

Our new solution follows a similar concept to our bespoke 33U racks (previously fitted with air-cooled Low Delta-T emulators), but is built around 30kW liquid-cooled load banks connected to a shared manifold. Each rack can be configured to suit project requirements, combining liquid-cooled units ranging from 1–150kW, alongside air-cooled emulators ranging from 1–30kW. Other key features of the unit include its closed-loop system (which substantially reduces the risk of contamination) and real-time monitoring of liquid temperature and flow.

Ready for Q4 2026 📈

We may not be the first to launch a liquid cooled load bank. But we have gone bigger… and better!

We’re looking for a Heat Load Technician to join the HeatLoad team—helping power the testing behind the world’s data centres.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work with specialist rental equipment including power distribution boards, heavy-duty cabling, fan heaters, and emulator towers and racks that are essential for testing cooling and electrical systems in data centres and critical IT environments.

You’ll be right at the centre of the action—preparing and maintaining equipment in our workshop, then taking it out on site across the UK and Europe to support installations and testing. No two projects are the same, and some will see you working away for several days, including nights and weekends, as part of a fast-moving, skilled operations team.

We’re looking for someone practical, safety-focused, and detail-driven, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and a strong “get-it-done” mindset.

If you want a role that takes you beyond the workshop and into some of the most important infrastructure projects in Europe—this is it.
