We've just completed a full house system install in this luxury home, all the trunking and cabling is hidden, the conditioned air is delivered through vents in each room. There are controls in each space, so the client has full control over their indoor climate.

Which would you choose❓
Our client had 10 interior units fitted as part of their home renovation but didn't want multiple units outside, (like the mock-up image) so although it's a large unit, it doesn't take up much floor space.

Air conditioning has been around for over 120 years!!
In 1901, American inventor Willis H. Carrier built what is considered the first modern electrical air conditioning unit. One of our teams have been installing this Envirovent MVHR system this week, first fix, so no completed installation pictures yet. Not only does this unit constantly monitor the humidity level and adjusts automatically as humidity rises and falls. It is also planet friendly, constructed widely out of recyclable materials to reduce the impact on landfill, and is designed to ensure that components can easily be replaced.

Keeping your air conditioning condenser unit clear of obstructions like weeds, leaves, and other winter debris is an easy way to protect your investment. Make sure that the surrounding area remains clear too, this will ensure that your system has proper airflow and will continue to run efficiently. A local factory owner got in touch recently, they are repurposing a storage unit to be used in their manufacturing operations. The space will soon house industrial, high temperature ovens, so they needed a system that would regulate the temperature for both the equipment and their workers. Our engineers are currently installing a Nuaire Eco 5 MVHR system into a client's house.
An MVHR system (Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery) extracts warm, moist air from rooms such as bathrooms and kitchens. But before the air is expelled outside, a heat exchanger inside the unit retains the heat and transfers it to the fresh, filtered incoming air. This is especially effective for bathrooms with no windows, or basements, where there is high humidity causing damp. There are many ways this can be installed, depending on the building layout, including different sizes of unit. ☎ Get in touch if you have problems with excess moisture 💦
