"What would you do if...?"

🔹 Competency Questions focus on the past:
"Tell me about a time when..."

What happens after you apply? 👀

We know applying for a new role can feel daunting, so here’s a look at what our recruitment process typically looks like:

📝 Step 1: Submit your application
For some supply roles, you may also be asked to answer a few short video questions so we can get to know you better.

📞 Step 2: Initial call with our Talent Acquisition team
We’ll have a chat about your experience, your skills, and how they align with the role you’ve applied for.

👥 Step 3: Hiring manager review
Your application is then shared with the hiring managers, who decide which candidates will progress to the first interview stage.

💻 Step 4: First interview
This is usually a MS Teams call where you’ll meet the hiring managers, discuss your experience in more detail, and have the opportunity to ask questions too.

🏢 Step 5: Second stage interview
Successful candidates will then be invited to a face-to-face interview at our offices.

✨ Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and feedback will always be provided.
