In for planning! A scheme of 8 cottage style properties in Buckinghamshire. The traditional design reflects the local vernacular and the proposal attempts to encourage a sense of community by incorporating communal spaces such as a playground and pond. The site also encourages biodiversity in conjunction with the new biodiversity net gain requirements.

However we worked on o ensure it compliments and integrates features of the house, such as the brickwork, stained glass and hand crafted architectural elements.
