I’m forcing myself to make time for one of personal bikes, that hadn’t turned a wheel in over 18 months!
I was originally going to sell it but now I’ve decided to give it thorough going through, complete new clutch assembly, carbs being rebuilt, valve clearances, new fan, thermostat, reinstating pillion pegs, swap the mousses for tubes, new wheel bearings all round.
It’s become quite the shop project!!!!

1987 Honda CR250

Tidy bike that has received light restoration that looks to be recent. Frame has been stripped and powder coated, has a pro-circuit exhaust system.
It has just had the carb stripped, ultrasonically cleaned and rebuilt.
I have just fitted a brand new HPI ignition system, including flywheel, stator, pick up, coil and CDI.
Great original plastics.
Starts and pulls well.
