'We had an existing conservatory which had double glazed units but they were wooden frames and were deteriorating, making the space unusable and unsafe. From the first moment we approached Croston they we were prompt and efficient in there correspondence and attendance. They quickly attended our house undertook an outline review and indicative survey. The quote was very competitive and once agreed they undertook the full measured survey quickly and on the dates agreed. After a short time for manufacture, again, the team turned up on the dates agreed and immediately started work on propping up the existing roof, removing our old glazing and installing the new. During instillation they realised one element was not cut correctly and instead of forcing or altering the piece they got it recut at their expense to ensure the job was carried out correctly, with minimal delay. Throughout the team were courteous and the area was kept clean. On competition they removed all waste and left it clean and tidy. We have been very pleased with the outcome and it has been a pleasure to use this space again. We would recommend Croston and will use them again if required. Thank you’
