Last Friday JJH were delighted to support and sponsor this fantastic fundraising evening in aid of Wigan & Leigh Hospice, held at Aspull Royal British Legion.
It was brilliant to see so many people come together to enjoy a great evening of food, entertainment, music and community spirit, all while raising money for Wigan and Leigh Hospice.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended, donated and supported the event alongside us, including GHE Electrical, Fire & Security Ltd and Overbury. Everyoneโs generosity and support made the evening such a success.
Weโd also like to say a special thank you to everyone who helped make the event happen, including:
๐ Cllr Chris Ready, Cllr Laura Flynn (Aspull, New Springs & Whelley Labour Councillors) and Emily Morris, Community Fundraiser, for organising and putting together such a fantastic evening.
๐ Christine and Chelsea, the wonderful hospice volunteers, for helping everything run so smoothly on the night.
๐ Elsie and the team at Aspull Royal British Legion for hosting us and helping create such a welcoming venue.
๐ Matty Peet from Wigan Warriors and Brenda Spencer from Wigan Athletic for joining us and taking part in a really insightful Q&A.
๐ Ryan James, or, as you might know him, Bert, our Clearance and Cleans Manager, for providing the live music and getting us up on the dance floor!
๐ Neil Hilton for the karaoke and entertainment
At JJH, we're proud to have played our part in supporting and attending an event that brought the local community together and raised much-needed funds for Wigan and Leigh Hospice.
Thank you to everyone involved. Here's to the next one! ๐๐
